A gym instructor is available throughout the day (Mr. Deepak) who readily assists in all the exercises and motivates you to push yourself. The monthly charges are decent and pretty competitive if compared to other gyms nearby. I've been going to this gym for a couple of years now and my experience has been quite satisfactory. I highly recommend this place if you want to see a positive change in yourself."
